The blast dispersed huge amount of highly radioactive materials into the air, making the surrounding area uninhabitable for the next 20000 years. It has became a catastrophe tourist destination since then and it’s known as one of the most radioactive area on the whole planet.Due to the still high radiation level in the area is an enclosed zone and people can only enter with permission and through security checkpoints.
